Pre-Chinese New Year Hype

Things are much more quiet this year ... people seemed to spend lesser and lesser nowadays, I dunno why. With all the Mega Sales happening few times a year. I guess we have the Government to thank for making the working folks go 'bankrupt' faster and easier (haha!).
The best thing that had ever happened to the buying folks since Hire Purchase is the ZERO PERCENT installment of practically ANYTHING that you consider 'not affordable'. What the banks do is that, you will be tied down to at least 3 - 12 months of FIXED minimum payment to your credit card without being charged any interest at all (yeah, as if there are no other charges in your credit card bills-lah!). Charge whatever amount you like to your card but please, for God's sake, PAY them the said amount, or else you're gonna LOVE the amount of interest charged BACK at you!
With less hype on the festive season, I can only hope that the coming months themselves will be better in terms of global economy, political stability and world peace.
